About three weeks ago I read in the newspaper about a model train show coming to Dodge City. I knew Gavin would LOVE this because he is obsessed with Thomas trains. So, two Saturdays ago I took him and Matt to Dodge to see the trains. There were some amazing set ups. Gavin was in heaven. I did prep Matt a bit, telling him to bring a book because Gavin was going to want to sit and watch a long time. Afterwards, we drove to the train station downtown and watched the real trains come and go. It was a fun Saturday.
